The Lina DAC X is dCS's answer to a question many audiophiles have asked: what if the acclaimed Lina Network DAC came in a full-width chassis with a proper volume knob? The DAC X delivers exactly that — the same Ring DAC technology and streaming capabilities as the Lina Network DAC, plus a physical rotary volume control, IR remote, and the option to connect CD/SACD transports.

Built on the same flex-rigid PCB architecture first seen in the Varèse, the DAC X maintains an exceptionally clean signal path. It supports all major streaming services, Roon, and a comprehensive set of digital inputs. The machined aluminum chassis is designed for optimal acoustic isolation.

At $15,500, the Lina DAC X opens the door to dCS ownership for a wider audience — delivering the clarity, detail, and musical naturalness that define the brand at its most accessible price point.
