Alexx V
Standing over five feet tall, the Alexx V inherits its open-gantry architecture and QuadraMag midrange directly from the Chronosonic XVX — a speaker of extraordinary scale, resolution, and emotional power.
Schedule a DemoThe Alexx V was the first Wilson speaker to receive the CSC tweeter and open-gantry architecture from the Chronosonic XVX, and it proved that those flagship technologies could translate into a more room-friendly form factor without losing their essential character.
Four separate enclosures house five drivers, each individually adjustable for precise time-alignment. The result is a soundstage that is vast and three-dimensional, with imaging precision that places every instrument in its own space.
The Alexx V introduced Wilson's Acoustic Diode spike system and in-house AudioCapX-WA capacitors, both of which have since become standard across the lineup. Its combination of bass authority, midrange beauty, and high-frequency detail make it a realistic step up for owners of Alexias and Sashas.
With the open-gantry architecture, the Alexx V can be almost a straight swap for the Alexia in terms of room footprint, despite being significantly more capable — making it one of the most compelling upgrades in the Wilson range.
